The Lite plan is completely free to use, forever. Our Pro and Pro MAT plans are billed annually, with all invoices subject to a strict 14-day payment term. Payments can only be made by BACS transfer using the bank details provided on your invoice. Please note, we will never contact you by phone to give you bank details — if you receive such a call, it is not from us.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we ask that you give us at least 28 days’ notice before your next billing anniversary. To cancel, simply submit a request via the Contact Us form, or turn off auto-renewal directly in the platform.
All data and services are securely hosted in the UK using Amazon Web Services (AWS). We never share your data with third parties, unless required to do so by law (e.g. a lawful request from law enforcement). For login, we use magic links — a secure, password-free method that helps protect your account without the need to remember complex credentials.
Interactive Training & Help is built directly into the platform. Click the Help button in the bottom-right corner to search for guides and walkthroughs. If you can’t find what you need, use the Give Feedback tool to let us know what you’re looking for. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
If you encounter a problem, click on the Help button in the platform and select Give Feedback. You’ll be able to record a short video or take a screenshot to show us the issue. We aim to respond within 2 working days, though in most cases you should hear from us within a couple of hours.
